Are you having trouble logging in?

As long as you know your Password and Username, many errors can be resolved by following these two steps:

Step 1: Clear Cache & Cookies on your browser

Step 2: Retry in an Incognito window

If you don’t remember your Username, please contact Customer Service and we will either:

1. Resend your Email Confirmation, which includes Username (Legacy Courses)

2. Confirm your Username within our FUSION Platform (FUSION Courses in Learner Management)

In Fusion, your username is often the same as the email address you registered with - unless you entered a unique username.
